Program offers practices from different wisdom traditions for balanced integration of higher Light: dance, movement, bodyprayers, sound, and yogic breath and meditation practices for equipoise. A guided program between the formal sessions of training program is provided for deepening experienntial research and development. This includes the above and other practices, reading and other material. Included in tuition and required for participation in the program are three individual "Light Infusion" sessions with Gabrielle, one prior to each weekend (phone sessions for those not in the Bay area).
Each weekend provides a body of information, individual and group dialogue and coaching, direct experience with energy work, tablework, relaxed and ecstatic sharing, silence and alone-time in nature for deepening focus and integration.
