The more I have learned about oxygen, its beneficial healing properties, its ability to cleanse, disinfect and improve health, the more I am convincined that it is not here on the Earth by pure chance. There is a divinely inspired iteraction between oxygen-producing plant life and oxygen-consuming higher life forms. A reduction in oxygen levels on our planet of even a few percentage points cab adversely affect this delicate balance which maintains life or causes it to die out. Onlymankind, of all the tyhousands of species that exist, has the ability to drastically alter this balance.
Certainly history has already shown that, because of our global irrespnsibility, we have alrady damaged the quality of the oxygen supply on this planet that we have been entrusted to protect. Our mutual responsibility is great if we are to leave a legacy of clean air with healthy oxygen levels to our children and their children.
