Clinical Use:

Female Tonic should be an integral part of a preventative health care regimen even if there are no symptoms of fatigue. When used this way it is taken after the menstrual flow ends for 1-3 weeks or until the next menstruation begins. If pronounced PMS symptoms are experienced, take this formula until ovulation time, then switch to the PMS, formula until the menstrual flow begins.
