There are many castings of the Buddha image, but none are made with as much care to craftsmanship and detail than those found at the Trisarana Kom Foundry in Bangkok. This is a foundry that has been making temple Buddhas for 3 generations. Trisarana kom refers to the heart of the religion called Buddhism. The name represents the 3 main tenets of Buddhism:
1. The Buddha Image
2. The Teachings of the Buddha
3. The serenity and devotion of the monks

While in Bangkok I personally oversaw the casting as well as the detail work that went into creating these Buddhas. I then selected the best ones to be offered on the Portal Market.
Each Buddha image was carefully selected for the patina as well as the posture and mudra of the hands. Also the era of the Buddha was selected. Some are from the Sukothai era and others from Japan and India. Each piece is a sold single casted Buddha. This is a casting technique that assures a much better casting than ones made in two pieces and then welded together.
Buddhas can be made to order as well as bought wholesale for stores and other spiritual outlets. If a quantity order is going to be placed please contact me as each piece will be individually made.
The patinas available for custom orders are:
1. Natural
2. Shiny Brass
3. Dull Brass
4. Antique
